Privacy Policy (GDPR)

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), personal data submitted through our consultation consoles, contact forms, or direct correspondence is processed exclusively for the purposes of client communication, project delivery coordination, invoicing, and statutory compliance.

We collect the following categories of personal data: full name, email address, phone number, company name, project specifications, and budget preferences. This data is retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill the contractual relationship and any applicable statutory retention periods.

CraftDevora does not sell, rent, lease, or distribute personal information to any unauthorized third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers (hosting, payment processing) strictly under written data processing agreements compliant with GDPR Article 28.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your personal data as per GDPR Articles 15–21. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

All personal data is stored within encrypted EU-hosted infrastructure with access controls compliant with ISO/IEC 27001 standards.

Terms of Service

All digital services, software deliverables, and design systems provided by CraftDevora are governed by explicitly contracted Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the Client and CraftDevora.

Scope & Deliverables: Each project scope, deliverables, pricing, and delivery timeline is defined in the respective SOW or proposal document. Any changes to scope require written agreement and may affect pricing and timelines.

Intellectual Property: Upon complete settlement of all agreed commercial invoices, CraftDevora assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in the client-specific software deliverables, design tokens, and digital assets directly to the Client.

Payment Terms: Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a statutory interest rate of 8% per annum as per Swedish Räntelagen (1975:635).

Limitation of Liability: CraftDevora's aggregate liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Essential Cookies: These are strictly necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They are set in response to your actions such as setting privacy preferences, filling in forms, or requesting services.

Analytics Cookies: These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources to measure and improve site performance. All data is anonymized and aggregated.

Refund & Reimbursement Policy

CraftDevora is committed to delivering all services with the highest professional standards. In the event that a project does not meet the agreed scope as defined in the Statement of Work, the Client may request a review and potential remediation.

Pre-Delivery Cancellation: If the Client cancels a project before work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within 14 business days.

Partial Work Cancellation: If the Client cancels after work has commenced but before delivery, CraftDevora will refund a pro-rata portion of fees based on the percentage of work not yet completed, minus any non-recoverable third-party costs.

Post-Delivery Disputes: If deliverables materially fail to match the agreed specifications, the Client must notify CraftDevora within 14 days of delivery. CraftDevora will use commercially reasonable efforts to remediate the issue. If remediation is not feasible, a partial refund may be issued at CraftDevora's discretion.

Non-Refundable Items: Consultation fees, discovery workshops, and completed design tokens are non-refundable once delivered and accepted by the Client.

All refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
